So for about the first week the service was okay, had a few downtimes here and there. Right off the bat my Ip was messed up and I had to get a new Ip. About a month after that I payed my bill then my cPanel license was deactivated for about a hour or more because of a company error. That was not the last time my cPanel was down, exactly a week later it was down for almost 24 hours and they wouldn't answer my calls or reply to my tickets. On top of that my site was down at one point for over 7 hours! I called them in the morning and they said it would be fixed in a few minutes, later on it was still down. Another time it was down for about 5 hours or more and they didn't seam to care. At one point they said "You don't pay us for management, so we are not going to fix your problems right now, if you don't pay you have to wait". I would understand this if I was asking them to install something special, but its a dang server error, its there fault, and they need to fix it and not tell me to pay or wait. On top of that they promised me a refund if anything else went wrong then they tell me that in chat they said this and try to challenge me so they cant pay me $10! Oh, and they charged me a extra $1 for a Ip when they shouldn't have like a week ago, and they still haven't refunded that to me! DirectSpace has crappy servers, crappy support, crappy uptime, and they don't know how to run a business, don't use them, go with Host Gators Vps's, there way better and there support is 24 hours. By the way, DirectSpace says they have a 10 minutes response time, it has taken me more than 24 hours most of the time to hear back from them, so don't believe everything you hear.
