Run away fast from them... nonexistent support will drive you insane
I like a good deal and when I found these folks I thought it was great. They looked like they had a good plan at a great price.
But after pre-paying for a year I learned the truth... their servers don't work and they offer no support whatsoever.
I have tried for over 3 weeks to get a site up using their Control Panel with no luck.
Their CP features don't work, give errors and when you create a support ticket to have them resolve it they give incorrect information if you are lucky enough to get a response and then close the ticket without fixing the problem.
Emails go unanswered and they don't respond to their support anymore.
I guess I will have to fight it out with the credit card company because they wouldn't even respond to my request for a refund - so ignore their 30 day money back guarantee - it is just a lie.
If you want to get a site up - don't use these guys.
I guess you get what you pay for - they were the least expensive I could find but it's a complete waste of money since the site doesn't work and they offer no support.
