I ordered business hosting with a dedicated IP but was setup with a shared IP. I have been unable to contact anyone through any e-mail address I can find for 10 days now and have recieved no response from anyone. There is no way to send a support ticket as all sites instruct to send to a list of Dept. that are not there so there is no way to submit a ticket. I signed up for 1 month of hosting but the invoice shows a reoccuring monthly charge for a year of hosting This site advertises 24/7 support and a 30 day money back guarentee. I think 10 days is way too long for a support issue to be addressed. at this point I am not sure if they will contact me at all but I am sure they will try to hit my credit card next month. i put a note on my order tha I would test on the server fora month before deciding to purchase yearly hosting. I have a simple problem that could be corrected in a matter of minutes but I can not even get an answer to an e-mail about my problem. Still looking for a fair honest hosting company.
