This company is a biggest scam. Initially they talk like there is no good person as they are. But when you pay them and go for support then you will come to know they are good untill u ask any serious problem but when you face any serious issue they don't accept your chat and if you try again n again they will block your ip by their chat system.
Shane is the most fake person there. He promises you so much but after that you will not get for what you have paid and no one will talk to you even you will not get response by mail if you mail them regarding this type of issue. I face this problem and when I tried to chat with them they block my IP and when I used other IP they also blocked that. I was unable to initiate chat with them. I sent mail several times on their support email ids as well as personal id of Shane but he never replied that.
When i tried to transfer my services they blocked me to take backup and deleted my site, This never shows any professional attitude. They lost all my data and I faced lot of problems and my repo was also down due to them. After that when i moved my services then they again say to have discount for me. Now do anyone want discount with lots of problem? they are nuts and don't understand this. They are reseller of iweb and says that having their own datacenter. I will never recommend them for anybody.
