Our customer service experience from A2hosting was extremely terrible and the Technical Support guys we spoke with, to seek assistance were so rude. They didn't even make us feel comfortable when we tried to seek help for some Technical Issues. Other than that, one of the Tecnical Support guys told us to Upgrade to one of their packages which was alot expensive than how much we were currently paying instead of making a better solution and just simply resolve the issue we were calling about.

If we would try to evaluate the way they treated us, being their customers, they never meant to cater customer's needs and never made us feel satisfied and the Technical Support guys made us feel like they were so busy to assist us while our website was in "Suspended" status without even giving us any warning or alert about it beforehand.

It should've been alright if they let us experience such situation if only they tried to help us resolve the issue but not even something close to that happened. We were passed on from one person to another and we had to wait for more than 24 hours to have our website up and running normally.

How's that for someone like us having a business and depending on them for our website to be up and running and you have Clients waiting who normally visit your site almost every minute of the day!? Wouldn't you get pissed if you experience the same thing?

A2hosting, you will always leave an impression to your Clients. They will stay because of how you deal with them, irregardless of the situation, "if it's a customer service call over the phone" or "something face-to-face".

To those Tech Support guys who were so sarcastic and didn't really resolve the issue right there and then when we needed your assistance, remember, this is your job. To assist customers or clients whenever TECHNICAL ISSUES like this arise. We are paying you that's why you get paid to do your job.

Our A2hosting's experience wasn't satisfactory at all, not even slight of being satisfied. It wasn't really letting us feel like putting the CUSTOMERS FIRST and leaving a good impression on us to keep make us "come back" or "stay" and make use of your services.
I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I would love to have personally discuss your conversation with our customer support in person when this occurred. Fortunately we have a great staff and would love to win back your business.
