We were using different Asp.net web hosts in the past and was struggling with really out dated setup and there were daily hundreds of spam emails. But all good when we migrate to Hostforlife hosting provider. Support through helpdesk is good and fast.

Apart from excellent hosting for .NET websites, I can't say enough about how responsive and kind the billing and support teams are!
As an example, I recently and hastily registered new domain through Hostforlife and in my haste misspelled the name! I knew my actions were probably irreversible, but I sent a support ticket to billing department, and my shock, surprise, and pleasure, they went to the trouble of intercepting and reversing the registration process, and gave me full refund.
