📅 - Three new cloud resellers have been added to the Microsoft brand. These include: SoftwareONE, Ingram Micro and Insight.

The company decided to make the move since the demand for cloud services has been so high, especially the hybrid cloud solutions, such as Office 365 and Microsoft Azure.

They added Ingram Micro because they specialize in electronics and IT distribution. Insight was added to the team because of their presence in the US, Canada, Europe and the UK. they cater to business, education, healthcare and government customers.

SoftwareONE was also added to the team and they are found in Switzerland. The company is known as a leader in the technology industry and has been around since 1985.

Dell is headquartered in Round Rock, Texas, while EMC is headquartered in Hopkinton, Massachusetts. If this merger happens, the value of the company will be about $75 billion, which will make it the largest deal in the IT world to date.
