Lagoon is a long-established New Caledonia internet provider operated by Offratel. The company’s internet activity in New Caledonia goes back to 1996, while the Lagoon brand appeared in 1999. Today, Lagoon is more than a residential ISP: they combine fiber / ADSL internet access, VoIP telephony, TV options, business internet, professional hosting, backup, domains, email, SaaS services, and specialized connectivity for local companies.

For residential customers, the main internet plans are Primo+, Spido+, and Alto+. Primo+ is a smaller package with 35 GB of internet data, Spido+ raises the allowance to 100 GB, and Alto+ is the unlimited-data plan. Fiber and VoIP are included across these offers. Lagoon also has more targeted offers such as Easy Start for newcomers or moving households, and Game Changer for users who want a gaming-oriented internet pack.

The business side is stronger than a simple consumer ISP profile. Lagoon Business covers professional internet plans, specialized connections, managed SD-WAN, shared or dedicated hosting, physical or virtual hosting, .nc domain names, business email, backup, and broader SaaS / telecom services. This makes them particularly relevant for companies in New Caledonia that want one local provider for connectivity, hosting and digital services.

Lagoon’s website is primarily in French. Prices are shown in CFP francs / XPF, generally marked TTC for tax-inclusive consumer pricing. The company has a strong local identity, with physical shops, a local support team and a New Caledonia-focused service portfolio. [visit website lagoon.nc]

Micro Logic Systems (MLS) is a long-established New Caledonian Internet and hosting provider based in Nouméa. Founded in 1992 and active as an Internet service provider since 1996, the company has built its business around local connectivity, hosting, email, networking and telecommunications services for individuals, companies and organizations in New Caledonia.

Its hosting platform includes shared web hosting with Plesk, PHP 8.1, 8.2 and 8.3, MariaDB databases, FTP access, DNS management and email services. Hosting packages can accommodate several domains, while DNSSEC and Let's Encrypt SSL certificates provide additional security without requiring customers to manage certificates manually.

Web hosting plans currently range from 1 GB to 10 GB of storage and normally support up to five domains. Additional domain capacity can be added separately. The service is particularly suitable for smaller local websites, business sites and organizations that value local infrastructure and direct access to a New Caledonian provider rather than very large storage quotas.

Email can be ordered independently from website hosting. MLS offers domain-based mailboxes, DNS services and MX hosting or backup, making it possible to use the company purely for professional email and DNS without maintaining a website on the same account. Mail accounts support standard POP3, IMAP and authenticated SMTP access as well as webmail.

The company also provides Internet connectivity over ADSL and fiber, VoIP, fixed IP addresses, television services and networking equipment. Fiber services offer substantially higher speeds than older ADSL connections, while Internet subscriptions do not require a long minimum contractual commitment.

MLS is also involved in professional networking equipment and works with MikroTik (mikrotik.com), supplying routers, wireless equipment and Wi-Fi solutions for local customers.

Physical server hosting and virtual-machine resources have also been part of the company's infrastructure services. Current standardized offers are more focused on shared hosting, DNS, email and IP resources, so larger infrastructure requirements such as dedicated hardware or customized virtualization are better handled through a direct quotation.

The website and customer information are primarily available in French, and a complete English localized version does not exist. Services are priced in CFP francs (XPF), reflecting the company's strong New Caledonian market focus. [visit website mls.nc]
