I have had many problems with volusion, but I understand that sometimes computer code is difficult to manage, and their choice of code is not ideal and a bit sloppy. Google show broken links and that is not good for your page rank as well as reduncy in in code causing what appears to be duplicate pages. This is all just unpleasant but what really gets me upset is their customer service because they dont even try. The last three calls I made to them I had to wait a total of five and one half hours for them to get on the phone. I am not exaggerating. When I opened a ticket to complain they wrote back with what appeared to be a prewritten cut and paste apology saying that a wait can be frustrating and I could always do live chat or open another ticket. If I were in charge of the company I would be so embarresed that I hurt a customer with an avoidable problem that I would have offered at least a free months service. Then I would make sure that that never happened again.These people are cheap, and I wish they understood that there are things more important than their money such as doing the right thing.
