I have had all positive experiences with them. I would say that I am getting the best deal for my money that I won't get from anywhere else. I tried with DreamHost before and they were charging me around $8.95 a month when I took out a 2-year plan. With them I get a good deal of $7.95 a month that too with annual plan. There is also no contract involved. I get unlimited disk space, unlimited MySQL databases, unlimited domains with one free included domain registration. I also get unlimited sub-domains and unlimited FTP accounts, and access to web-based FTP. This is a very good deal at least to me because other providers charge you extra for domain registration and have a cap on how many domains you can have on the same shared hosting package. Their tech Support people are very good and my few problems have been sorted out very quickly and to my satisfaction. My sites are up 99% of the time just as they promise in their Features page. I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to technical matters but I have compared what they offer with other web hosts and they DO provide a great value for your money both in terms of quality and quantity of features. They have been around in the web hosting business longer than others who charge exorbitant prices for hosting. I have no regrets in choosing to host my site with them.
