I chose Blue Vode because I am a novice, I know nothing about building a webpage. And building it with the software for the most part was painless.
But the pain came in the uploading and actually making the site work once on the internet. Numerous videos and tutorials but if some reason I could not comprehend the problem, I was left trying to submit a ticket. OMG, now there is a process. I have been battling the same problem now... one I am sure that has a simple fix, for almost a week.
I have do not have this kind of time. There is no one to talk to, no one to ask questions of except the forum Nazis and oh by the way, I am banned because I complained about the Customer Service.
I suspect the customer service is being hosted by another group or company, they are rude, abrupt, they do not actually answer questions, it is as if the computer scans the emails for content choosing key words and they send an auto reply with directions based on those key words. They do not actually address the questions.
This website was my whole heart and my business, they design a software to attract a novice who would otherwise not have a website and certainly not build one themselves, and then criticize you for not being able to completley work through the problems yourself.
I would not recommend this experience to anyone.
