I originally came across these guys when I was looking to set up a web hosting account a while back. I've built and hosted a couple of websites so I knew what I was doing but I wanted a web hosting company that had good customer service and who promised high uptime on their web hosting. They've ticked the boxes repeatedly on these two essential needs and their prices are good. I was like D-OH!! when immediately I came across problems using my FTP client but I sent off a support ticket to the customer support and waited and within about 24 hours they had got back to me with the answer I was looking for. Certainly didn't have to wait days!! I got my website built and maintaining it is fun thanks to the features of the cPanel on my account as well as reading their forum and online tutorials. Any company that gives out all that information for free is great. Anyway that was like two years ago and I am still here now - such a procrastinator didn't write a review yet (um do it tomorrow...) There is no reason for me to change theyve exceeded my expectations. The prices of their accounts are cheap, they have a very good up-time and another reason I've stayed IS the friendly, responsive support I get from the customer support team for web hosting. Really likin' it.
