I am using this server to host two medium-traffic WordPress e-commerce sites and a database. Even though the Xeon E3 series isn't the newest generation of hardware, it handles my workload perfectly. The server is rock solid—I haven't experienced any unplanned downtime since I signed up. Tip: Definitely choose the SSD option over HDD; it makes a huge difference in database query speeds.
Connection: This is the main selling point. If your target audience is in Vietnam, the speed is blazing fast. My ping times from Ho Chi Minh City are consistently under 5ms. The unlimited data transfer policy is also a huge plus, as I don't have to worry about overage charges at the end of the month.
Support: I’ve had to contact support twice (once for a firewall issue and once for an OS reload). Both times were late at night, and the technical team replied within 15 minutes. They are knowledgeable and polite.
What could be improved:
Provisioning time: It took about 4 hours to get my server credentials. It’s not "instant" like a VPS, so plan accordingly.
The Portal: The client management area feels a bit outdated, though it is functional.
Verdict: If you need raw power and a dedicated IP in Vietnam without paying for enterprise-level enterprise hardware, the E3 Basic plan is a reliable workhorse.
