Email service is the worst I have ever experienced at any host, in class with Go-Daddy which probably have the worst hosting scam in the world..
Customer service does not answer questions and try to sell bigger packages rather than configure their email-servers correctly.2/3rds of our emails ends in our customers spam box even if we send only between 3-10 emails a day.
We have lost approximately USD 50,000.- due to lost sales because of this issue that we have described in detail how they should configure their hosted emailserver in order to prevent customer's emails ending in spam at the receiver. 1 out of 10 e-mails is rejected by the receiving email server. Impossible to run a business with these bad figures.
If you need e-mail service stay far away from Vinahost.How they have such a high rating in Vietnam is a miracle or a scam.
