I had a HORRIBLE experience. I purchased the 5 yr domain hosting for $118 and needed more help. 3 days after purchasing I reached out to Yahoo chat to get help. It was a long wait but it was still unclear to me on my free email and website combination. I still needed more help because I still did not get the correct answer the first time only to chat for over an hour with a customer service rep who continued to repeat themselves over and over and not understand what I was needing for help although I made simple and clear. I finally was fed up with my experience and asked for a REFUND. This was after multiple attempts for help and 6 days after purchase - but because it was not within their 72 hour cancelation policy, regardless the amount of times I reached out for help with no direction and no responsibility taken by YAHOO on their part. The supervisor VINAY 02/10/2021, pretty much summed up they will Not refund me and instead STEEL MY MONEY regardless of my experience and multiple attempts for help.
