Hello.
I ended up with SkyNet when my previous host increased unlimited reseller plan pricing by a hopping $50/m due to the cPanel price increase. Then I decided to go for skynethosting after reading some reviews on WHT and of course because of their prices large list of features plus they guaranteed me that their prices will not be increased due to the cPanel price hike.
Server and up-time:
I was on Corporate VIP and I'm happy with the up-time, during my stay I never experienced any downtimes. I my server was high end with 40 CPU's and over 100GB RAM and SSD and it never felt overloaded. The load was bellow 5% almost every time I checked.
Connectivity and Speed:
I am located in South Africa and speed of access is very important for me. The response time is pretty good it being a USA server I know that they offer servers in South Africa as well but I wanted to go with the US plan as they offer Lite Speed and some other features in US servers only. I never felt that the server or the connection with it was slow. I know that if I was hosted in my country (or near by) it would be faster but as I said about I wanted the features so I had to go for the US Plan. Most of my site were CMS (WordPress) and because of their LiteSpeed WordPress accelerator sites loaded much faster and my user never had any issues with the speed.
Help Desk Support and Live Chat:
They offered good response times to tickets and if there's any delay they have their live chat open 24/7 and the agents were really helpful except for one agent called James. Other than him every one on chat was helpful and quickly resolved any issues that I had.
Costs/Pricing:
For the amount of storage they offer and with unlimited cPanel accounts option I would say they are very affordable. Other thing is that they offer more features than any of the providers that I have been with.
Growth:
They are always adding new features and plans etc and I feel that I can grow with them. Unlike with most hosts reseller is a side business but at skynet I feel that reseller business is their flagship and they do everything to help and grow and satisfied.
In a nutshell:
Overall I'm really happy with their reseller plans and I would recommend to anyone looking for a high end reseller plans with lot of features that would help your company to grow.
