Stay away!
I would like to use a Swiss Hosting a for a new Project and the prices from Servertown are lower as the other Swiss Hosting Providers.
BUT: We had asked the Support about how to enable Cronjobs (in the Plesk Admin it was no option for this)
They first answer was: Its not activated by default. What should this job do and how often?
We replied that that Cronjobs are are Basic Feature and why theres no Information on the Website and Order that Cronjobs are not activated.
The Second answer from Servertown was: Its a Shared Hosting and on our Website it is not published that Cronjobs are available in your Package.
We answered with a Screenshot (where Cronjobs are available in our Package and get this answer from them:
"Good afternoon again

to connect this BUT we would like to know what
this job and how often.
If you don't want to say, then we need to
assume that the integrity of the server
endangered.
So: What does this job want to do and how often?"
Damn! Whats wrong with this Guys? They realy want to know what Cronjobs a customer using and if not, the customer makes illegal things?
Unbeatable, very unprofessional, not trustable.
We had requested to close our account and get a refund of our payment. But i think, we dont receive the refund.......
