Hi.
This is my 2nd review. You can check my other review about the services I've subscribed from other hosting company or domain company.
This time is about seowebhosting.net.
Once, in long time ago. about a year or more i already have an experience with them. But i registered with different company and domain. Before I decided to go with seowebhosting.net (again) I have been warn by my colleague. They already warn me about the server load time, cpanel not accessible, ip suddenly changes, etc.. (My colleague is the one who in charge with them over a year ago)
And when Im google for seohosting, I found seowebhosting.net I've tell to them that I've been here over a year ago. I said my colleague dont want facing the bad experience TWICE.
Sales team said that they have fix their management. So such thing wouldnt happen again.
Okay, I trusted them, and I am in rush with my seo hosting since I am moving from seohosting.*** because their price is way to expensive, but I need to admit that their support and uptime is good. Unfortunately they dont have seo server.
Back to seowebhosting.net, I start to have about less than 300IP, AFAIK. And I asked about the estimated time to be completed for the server to be racked. They said 1 day. Yes, I am looking for company that can guaranteed the server to be ready in 1 day. Since seowebhosting.net can guaranteed the server is ready for 1 day (12 hours) so I go with the server.
But, guaranteed not much more than words. They cannot deliver the server in time. I've emailed them about that, they said needed time few days to a weeks. WHAT ??? I complain that the sales person that seowebhosting.net can deliver the server to me ON TIME. And after debating, the server is ready for 24 hours more. Actually I dont want to review this but I also dont want to hide this to WHT member.
Also, we have few problem and the problem is fixed quick enough.
When I am believe they can changes my mind about them. now they do a problem again. I am purchasing another server with 300IP more. The cost for 2 server is about almost $1500 or more. I quite forgot.
The 2nd server is delivered ON TIME. I gave the login credentials to my customer. We have set it and send the login to customer.
What shock me is. Today the cpanel license is over, I've checked with cpanel, it listed that have been issued for trial license and expired on 29 sept 2012, another loud WHAT ?????

OMG, my customer complain to me that they cannot access cpanel. Immediately I contact seowebhosting.net and complain about this. I asked them to renew the license. They only said that the billing team will check that and will available tomorrow (0900 EST and my time is GMT+7). What? I need to wait 24 hours and let my business in risk ?
So, I reply to them, I said IF your billing team is not online, I will use my Credit Card and later they can deducted it from my invoices. That mail was sent today, 6.00am GMT+7.
And no single email has replied. They said the support is 24 hours, and they guaranteed that the ticket will be answered in 7 minutes. GUARANTEED http://seowebhosting.net/forms/support.php that's the link.
Tired for waiting them. I decided to subscribe cpanel by my self. Do you ever facing problem like this ? You hosting company included cpanel on your server but they give you the trial one and let you as the customer who activated the cpanel? Well. I am facing it right now with seowebhosting.net.
And I am send them and ask them to deducted it into my next invoices. Again, no email at all has replied.. Well. 7 minutes guaranteed (for you that not yet be a customer)
After activate the license, I assume the problem is clear, but my customer said that they cannot login to the cpanel. I said to them to use IP instead. Yes, they can log in, and I said to them, it might be a dns propagate. I ask them to wait 1-2 hours. And that time is morning time in my country, It seems the customer sleep and not emailed me again about that.
What shock me out is until 3 hours the domain is still not accessible, and no email answered. I am email to them to asked what happen with the server, again. the email is in trash bin, not in their mail. Useless to contact them, I decided to find it my self and I found the problem and after fixed.
Well. My problem is not solved by them. seowebhosting.net not answering my mail until today, it's been 6 hours and they are not responsible for giving trial cpanel.
Imagine that I cannot solved the problem. When will they solved it? answer those email? investigate the issue?
They let my business in risk. They are not profesional.
If you paid almost $1500 and you want an trial cpanel licensed, go with them.
If you want bad support, no support chat. Go with them.
if you want to spent your money for seohosting, of course not with them.
Anyone who know company giving best support and the price is reaasonable to seohosting. Please help.
I want to move from seowebhosting.net. If it no another company, I will stay with my old hosting company (seohosting.com)
