NO. NO THEY ARE NOT GOOD.
Stay away. FAR AWAY.
This is a mickey-mouse operation run by semi-competents.
If all you are doing is running Mom's blog, fine. If you are doing business online forget about these clowns.
They don't know how to architect a scalable systems infrastructure for their clients. If you want to go back to 1992 fine, put your sites here. If you want reliability and robust, properly designed hosting solutions, look elsewhere.
Horrible support. Zero follow-up. Absolutely nothing pro-active about what they do or how they interact with customers.
DNS servers that crash every week. Absolutely no response other than "ok, they're back up now", no explanation, no plan for how they're going to improve reliability, NOTHING.
"Support" that logs in and reboots your servers while you're dong maintenance on them, without asking you first, or checking with you. Completely inexcusable ignorance, and disregard for the customer.
As I said: mickey-mouse.
Don't trust these people. Don't give them your money. Go somewhere else.

My apologies for the poor service you received. We are now under new ownership and I am working to make sure these types of things no longer happen. If you ever need our type of hosting in the future please contact me and will make sure your first few month are greatly discounted.
