Cost is average, we originally looked at & tried many hosting co's, & we liked their pretty nice array of features; For years they were pretty good as far as up time goes. We did have a few bad experiences w/down time but were able to get it sorted out. HOWEVER, as of lately, they are destroying our business; We have more than a dozen sites hosted & are working on doubling that # but unfortunately, trouble reports, phone calls, urgent requests only yield the same result; They get the site up again in 30min to 24hrs. *worst case*, but in an hour or 2 after their "fix", the same thing happens again, & again, & again! We're extremely familiar with their layout, functionality, & don't want to switch because we'll be starting from square one, not to mention hours of time setting up all the accounts, switching domain info, loading sites & getting everyone up to speed. I figured that NOBODY could use their service with these constant outages, so they'd fix everything just for their own good; Well, I can say with 100% certainty that I'M THE MORON!!! They are incapable of fixing anything, their support is a joke, they get ur site to load once they see your home page, thats it! There is absolutely no attempt to get to the cause of the problem; I've told them that I don't want to pay more BUT I WOULD in a heartbeat, just to get this fixed (then I coud shop for better providers while I'm not going bankrupt!) ...PROBLEM IS, they either don't care, can't fix or are totally incompetent!! SAVE YOURSELVES. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS, whether your site will be up or down is a roll of the dice; The bus is on the freeway but nobody is driving! AVOID AT ALL COST! I'm just pissed that I gave them so many opportunities to fix our problem when I knew better!!! I don't even want to think about how much money these guys have cost me!!! In this crazy economy, no small biz can afford to lose a sale, let alone hundreds! To all the other folks who are hesitant to switch for similar reasons to ours; THEY WILL NEVER FIX YOUR PROBLEM, ....if they could they would (I assume) but they (for whatever reason) are totally inept / incapable of resolving anything; We us barely any bandwidth, have an optimized, fast loading site with no broken linke, coding problems, etc. They just cram as many sites as they can onto their servers so as to take more $$$ from everyone, but delivering a reliable product is NOT a priority! At this rate, they'll be gone one morning, so find a new host / use someone else before u allow them to cause damage that may cost you dearly. Always trust your judgement... why wait for them to fix a problem that would not even exist if u were using a different company!!!
