Like another reviewer, I've chosen not to reveal my name/email because I have reason to believe Re-invent will do damage to my site that they're currently hosting. As soon as I find another host meeting my needs, I'm switching. It'll be before my plan expiration date which means I'll lose my money, but it's for the best. No doubt about it. Re-invent's reply below is laughable at best. Their customer support is awful. Unbelievably rude and unfriendly. They'd much rather dismiss a problem (and/or give a totally wrong answer) than spend time diagnosing it. And as another reviewer pointed out, their customer support panel is FREQUENTLY down for DAYS at a time! (This occurs so often that I've lost count.) Re-invent if you think "only 8 or so people have something bad to say" and that you're "not doing too bad of a job" you're sadly mistaken.
This reviewer (anonymous) again is probably a competitor of ours posting untrue and false information. Our control panel has never been down for days or even 1 day or even 1 hour so this person has no clue as to what they are talking about and should be disregarded. We post actual real and verifiable customer reviews on our site that anyone can check out. Additionally our staff is friendly and offers some of the best support in the industry even for pennies per day that we charge for our 100% uptime and instant support that we offer. All support staff interactions with customers are monitored for quality assurance and we have found none of our hard working internal representatives replying to any of our customers improperly. We advise potential customers to do research into companies before taking services and not rely on these strange sites that allow anonymous reviews that post untrue and false things about a company. If you the potential customers notices that on all these review sites you cannot find 1 hosting company that has any positive feedback. Virtually every hosts reviews are negative.
