I totally agree with Esther Ahern. Re-invent.com is terrible. Get away from them as quickly as possible and don't even consider them. I've been with them for at least 5 years. The last 3 to 4 years has been a nightmare. Help Desk tickets disappear immediately. Servers down at least 6 times in the past 3 months. They say they have 99% up time. Nope. If they try and say otherwise, I have documented screen captures ping reports. Even their own site was down during these periods. 99% of the time they won't respond to a ticket item even if your lucky enough to get a ticket through. And they always say it's your fault. No matter what? If you complain, they threaten you with a lawsuit and/or will lock your site down. They farm their services out. They don't have their own facilities. They lie. They host spammers, so your emails may/will be rejected from certain ISP. Also, their SMTP servers are slow. Notice on their site, they don't date their reviews. Suspicious? Search re-invent.com reviews in google and you'll notice that my statements are very much on par with what others are saying. I could go on and on about them. I do have one more thing to say, notice the great depths they go to hide their true identity. It's a one man show.
