“Since my last review, I have managed-after mentioning legal action to Planetnet with cc to my attorney - to obtain an authorization code and was able to change companies for one website which was down for months after being infected with malware and shut down by Google and being treated rudely by Planetnet staff for months. I had the silver plan, and Planetnet has once hosted four websites of mine for 3-10 years. The service has deteriorated horribly since I began with them. At this point, they host just one site, and I am struggling to get another authorization code to change companies. Once again, my emails to Planetnet staff...

have been ignored over a period of months. At one time I had been so happy with this company - 8 years ago - and referred customers to them. However, the company deteriorated and what was once customer friendly with Matt Carr on the helm, became a dreadful experience for me, who for years has volunteered her services free of charge to dance groups and companies. In my last email to the Planetnet three last week, I literally begged them to release the authorization code. I can only imagine that they are having a good laugh at my distress, and I can only wonder if the company itself has discriminatory issues behind their attitude. I wondered at the time, as I hosted for a world-renowned Mexican artist/teacher, based in Mexico, and it took me months to obtain the code with his school website shut down to students from around the world. Planetnet, if I am confused in my assumptions, then change the manner in which you treat people, such as myself. Something is terribly wrong with the company, and I can only guess at what malicious intent you appear to have towards people. Months ago, I even told you that I am a recent Cancer survivor and to please give me the authorization code as the anxiety I have undergone as one of your webhost hostages has been too much for me.
