These guys are literally comitting fraud to nickel and dime people.
I tried to set up some hosting with these guys months back, but they screwed up processing my application. I got an email telling me to wait for a customer service rep to contact me, so I did, weeks, and yes, my spam folder was checked. Figured the application hadn't gone through properly and forgot about it as things changed and the website I wanted to put up was backburnered.
Months and months later, I get a nasty text message about Micron21 suspending my service because I was too broke for them to extract from my card. So I email them about it, I explain what happened. They refuse to believe me, insisting an email had been sent with my credentials the day after my application. I ask again and again to see it, and eventually they send me a very badly mocked up fake forward... this thing didn't list a "From" email address, didn't even have a "To" field and it said I'd paid an amount I hadn't paid...
They didn't respond to me after I asked again for the email they apparently sent and pointed out their errors and that sending that was fraud. But you know what they did do? Removed my reviews.
