I really like IPOWER as a webhost! I have had about a dozen in my life and IPOWER is the best! BUT BUT BUT, ...
I paid for multiple domain names almost 2 months ago and I have talked over 3 hours on the phone with their support team and with their billing, plus written them probably 2 dozen emails, and they refuse to give me the multiple domain names I ordered 2 months ago. Several employees said they were going to order them, then didn't. Now, Billing is questioning whether I paid for them! I have NEVER seen such unprofessionalism in my life! It is actually internet fraud, I think. I was forced into purchasing webhosting with them, which I didn't want to do but once I did I saw how good they are at webhosting, but now I still have 7 domain names, I paid for about 2 months ago, which they have not only not delivered, but continue to give me the run-around whether I have them coming or not! I have a United States postal money receipt for $66.00 to them, and emails from them claiming they received my money order, plus it's obvious they received it because they signed me up for the webhost and gave me the main domain name. But these other domain names they are giving me a run-around on. From my limited point of view, it is a scam operation on domain names! BUT a well worth it operation on webhosting! What can I say more. I want my paid-for domain names, but if I sue them for fraud, then I jeopardize losing my website with them (and I've already put hundreds of hours into it!). Plus I want them as my webhost ...
