Host Pinnacle Kenya got a negative review on

Honestly I don't know where all these nice comments are coming from, I stopped using US-based hosting like hostinger and the like to support the local kenyan market, lo and behold, I'm not even sure why I'm surprised.
1. Poor and the worst customer service, you could be a reseller with them and they literally don't care, but when it comes to asking for payment they are very good at that, I would give them 100% for pressure on this
2. They have no skilled technical experts, so when you pose them with difficult challenges, they'd rather ignore you than reply to you. I had to google and experiment my way around problems that they couldn't solve, thank God I studied IT
3. Their server speeds are not stable, they go on and off and keep fluctuating from time to time. I agree with my friend Karis in the comments sections,
4. Oh did I mention poor customer service and lying agents?
I'd recommend they stick to selling domains because clearly hosting and customer service is not their forte. If you want proper hosting you'd better go with US-based companies like hostinger or godaddy etc. Kenya has a long way to go.
