Their whole service offer is one big SCAM!
I gave their free 000WebHost plan a try and at least I did not have to pay for that (that's the only benefit)
Accounts being down all the time with no warning or reason (except that the 9 people the whole company is made up by!) were a regular phenomen.
CMS systrems largely unusable, except Drupal worked relatively well. All the others are unusable since you canot customize them (a limit to its structure not explainable by free vs. paid, it is just a lack of knowledge of their admins)
Yesterday the whole site went down. And after a mail saying "review" for 2-4 hours, actually it remained down for almost 24! And while a mass mail said, they're sorry and the sites would be up again soon, the control panel said they were all TERMINATED for an obscure and unexplained reason of "overuse" or abuse or whatever (not that any visit of the page collected by an independent 3rd party ever came over 2-300 visitors per DAY and those were development and testing days, hardly an overuse unless their servers are crap and the service a scam)
Don't waste your time with that, I'd rather try Amazon or Google Clouds instead.
