Hosting 24 is not reliable, their customer services just keeps giving you the round-a-round. Here is an example of their reply to my inquiry why I can't send email.
"Our mail servers have very high usage and sends thousands of emails every hour. For this reason, our mailserver IP address could be black listed by some providers and emails that you will send may not be delivered.
To fix this problem, you should use your Internet Service Provider's SMTP server to send email. Contact your ISP and they will let you know which SMTP server to use for email sending.
Alternatively you can signup with Google Apps (free), and move your email service to Google (they are very reliable and it is recommended to use them for your email sending/receiving needs)."
Now why would I want to use a third party for my email SMTP, it should all be hosted by them that is what I pay for.
I also ask about canceling my services and specifically ask how long before I get a refund. Surprise No Answer.
Now if I cancel I have to wait 60days before I can register my domain with someone else.
All I have to say is, they suck..
