I upgraded my site from 000webhost to hosting24 5 days ago and this host is even worse. My site has been down about 20 times a day, sometimes only few seconds, sometimes even hours. I filled ticket and asked about it and they said that they have server problems and my site will works properly in 24 hours. I also asked that how that their 30 day money back quarantee works, but thay didn't answer, but apologised that site hasn't been working normal. I asked again about how I can get my money back, but again.. They didn't answer, they just offered me 30 day free service. So I asked 3rd time and now I'm waiting answer. I said that I don't want any free service, I want my site to work. Luckily I have still 25 days left, but they're not telling me how refunds work. I will move my sites elsewhere, but I still want my money, they just refuse tell me how...
This host sucks! It's good if you don't care that your site works "sometimes" and you want it to be cheat, but it's NOT 99,9% or even 90% reliable like they promise.
