I am using the Silver Plan. About 2 months ago, their server went down and they had to reinstall the OS software. Oh well, things break so I can let that slide.
At the same time, my information was tampered with from the PHP MyAdmin so I could not access my databases. I threw them all away and started again.
Just a week ago, I noticed my connections are starting to time out. They are telling me that there is no problem and everything checks out fine. Do they take me for a fool or what? I know for a fact that my server settings have been altered and that these errors are not my fault. I see other people compain of the same exact issue and now I know these angry customers are NOT lying.
They even threw away my free website I had with the 000webhost.
I'm at the point where I am about to get rid of them and switch to a better hosting company. Their logic lies in the fact where I am only paying them $7.84 a month and can get away with limiting my connections and bandwidth and give it to the companies that are paying them more. I'm just a poor web designer/developer barely making a living doing this and I don't need any problems from an unreliable and dishonest hosting company.
