Pathetic Company - Liars
The most pathetic business I've dealt with so far. I have purchased a hosting plan to host 3 website with free migration. I guess there is only one guy named Nauman Khalid in this company who deals with billing, sales and technical support 😂. So I keep writing emails and there's no response for more than 24 hrs often, I get to write several emails. And finally when he started replying, first he tried to upsell me with a lie, on their website they say the migration is free but when I contacted them this guy told me I'll have to pay a migration fee. I referred him to their plan details where it said free migration, he started up selling me again with 'I have to pay registration fee for my website in advance' whereas the payment for my websites was supposed to be paid in July 2025 and January 2026. I asked him I am not required to do that by law and ever since there is no response. I kind of feel they are cheap and low on staff company or maybe just one guy doing everything. If you want your business to not go shut down, please do not conduct business with this crappy company. I'm now asking them for my refund but there is no response for more than 24 hrs and there is no way you should do business with a web host that does not respond for a while day and advertises 24/7 availability. Plz plz plz do not do business with this company. They lie and don't even respond.
