Bad Ethics & Fraudulent Behaviour
They are really fraud. I got & read their advertisement through my Facebook login. They are really cheap and does not disclose properly. I called at their given number and talked with Usama. He really proved to be a cheap sale person. I asked him that I have read your advertisement for Rs.125/- per month hosting package with free domain. He issued me invoice of Rs. 1,600/- initially. On that I asked him, for time being how much I have to pay initially? Cause I have thought; as according to their advertisement and then as per their verbal commitment, I just have to pay Rs. 125/- at beginning (however I have plan to pay Rs. 1,000/- initially or to get six months hosting). The same was conveyed to Usama accordingly. He without consulting me issued me new invoice against free trial version with discount of Rs. 98 and discount of Rs. 34 as well. So net payment I have to make of Rs. 1568/-. And I eventually without noticing; when have paid Rs. 1568/-., now they are disclosing that was service fee of Rs. 1,000/- has been added in my paid package and now again I have to pay additional Rs. 2,600/. So that's mean in actual I have total paid to them Rs. 4,200/- for hosting, domain and service fee and that was informed by them and not written on their advertisement board that is on Facebook as well.
