We have been using Heart Internet for nearly 3 years now and are still very satisfied with the price/performance. As a reseller, there is no other company who give you a better deal. Their control panel is excellent, and very comprehensive - you can configure your own customers control panel to match your own brand and easily control what features they have access too.
Tech support are very quick to respond to support tickets and are always very helpful. It's just a shame that you cannot call them for support. This is the only minor grievance as when their server has problems (which is very, very rare) you cannot post tickets for support.
We have used 1&1 Internet, Webfusion, UK2.net, Easily, ZEN Internet and 123-Reg in the past. Heart is easily the best company to host with. Heart constantly update/add to their control panel feature set while some of the above seem to stuck in the past.
Other people who have complained about issues with the heart site going down have clearly not been with another host for long enough to know that these things happen to all ISP's at some time or another (especially given the weather as of late).
