I have had my websites all down after r 1 week still, and they are simply useless in offering any constructive help to a problem at thier end, if I had the time I would take all my files and run now, but I have an extremly important deadline weeks away... this is a complete nightmare.

A - They forced me to leave my VPS after 2 years (bare in mind i chose hawkhost because I wanted a VPS) they said if I did not migrate to a cloud server they would delete all my files? I was stunned!
B- I then saw they still offered VPS on the website and so to say I could no longer have a VPS (fully paying customer on time) was a lie.
C- They then charged me 2 bills a week after forcing me to migrate for the new cloud server (which i never wanted) AND the old VPS (now not working as they disabled it)..again I was stunned! I complained and they cancelled the extra $65 dollar bill.

D- After 1 week NON of my websites work ALL my emails are down and all they keep telling me is that the DNS records (for my domain names are all going to the old ip adress, I sent screen shots that all my domains in advanced DNS are going to the 'correct new ip address (for the cloud server). They have now replied 3 times with the same answer 'only' ignoring all my screenshots to prove my - 'Nameserver are set correct, my websites www all point to the new ip adress (checked over and over), but they are ignoring all of this and sending the same silly excuse...

BUT hey... the server url/ ip adress they gave me doesnt work, the cpanel + WHM link they gave me doesn't work (this has nothing to do with the domain name ( ip adress followed by WHM) .
As soon as I can I am running from this horrendous company, and will be careful to secure my purchases in writing in future, so they cant threaten to kick us off or delete our website files.

This has cost me 1 week so far of lost business, as I depend on online sales, 1 week of no customer service to my customers as my emails are down, I have NO access to WHM/CPANEL or anything else. Save your business and avoid hawkhost. I will be trying to file for some form of compensation when i finally assess the damage and losses, as I still have no websites running....it been 7 days!!! :-((((((((
