Horrible.
CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS all the time, and you'll find that Globat is charging you with all kinds of futures that you never wanted. They say No Hidden Charges, No add ons , but I found $50 charge for their stupid promopak software that i never needed,used, asked, wanted and definitely not ordered.
I payed 90-some dollars for this 3rd year of service, and even chose not to take all this stupid things, and they charged me month later for an extra software "to help me out" in the building of my website.
I call them today, spoke with Eric, and he said that i can remove the service but i cannot get money back ?!?!? and then when i asked few more question he hanged up. Called him back and said in really nice voice that he just hang up on me, he just continued "being professional". I asked CAN I CANCEL THE SERVICE, he said yes but i CANNOT get any money back.( i should get money back for 10 months) . Asked for prorated version he said no.Then I spoke with supervisor Paul ( probably last name Snake :), and he said that in 2005 ( today is 2007), i agree with some invoice (small letter scam) and what not that i will manually and regularly remove from the website all this kind features every single year ( not just choosing it when you are paying it) and only then they will not charge me. I asked to cancel the service but, he said i can but $150 bucks stay with them. At the end i asked " Do you know any other hosting company that you can recommend that does do scamming people like you " ?
He even got pissed and said that he will not even go and try to answer that question.

Bottom line, STAY AWAY, unless you don't mind them purchasing stuff for you with your Credit card.
IMPORTANT, I called my credit card company, and they removed $50 bucks charge, and their dispute deppartment will deal with them. Will see what will come out of it. Good Luck to all of you.....
