Ich bin 10 Jahre Kunde bei gamed.de (bis die Vertragslaufzeit 2022 abläuft.)
Eigentlich war der Service gut.
Als nun einfach direkt die 2. Mahnung per Post eintrudelt (+5€ Mahngebühr + Drohung von "Forderungen auf gerichtlichem Weg beizutreiben") ohne vorherige Zahlungsaufforderung oder der 1. Mahnung per E-Mail und der Support nach mehr als 5 E-Mails von mir (ohne Antwort) nur "Bitte beachten Sie, dass wir die 1. Mahnung via Email verdensen und die 2. Mahnung per Post. Die Rechnung UGSXXXXXXXX können Sie Ihrem Kundenkonto entnehmen." als Antwort parat hat, sehe ich mich gezwungen zu Kündigen. Schade drum (10... ja, zehn Jahre Kunde???).
Wenn's läuft Ok, aber wenn nicht extrem mühsam und nicht zuvorkommend.

I've been a customer of gamed.de for 10 years (until the contract period expires in 2022).
Actually, the service was ok.
When now directly the 2nd reminder by mail arrives (+5€ reminder fee + threat of "claims by judicial means to enforce") without prior request for payment or the 1st reminder by email and the support after more than 5 emails from me (without response) only "Please note that we send the 1st reminder via email and the 2nd reminder by mail. The bill UGSXXXXXXXX you can take from your customer account." as an answer has, I see myself forced to terminate. Too bad (10... yes, ten years customer???).
If it runs ok, but if not extremely troublesome and not courteous.
