😠 -Ancient interface. Hello? This is 2023.
-They don´t care about your files, will remove them without warning.

😠 Ich bin 10 Jahre Kunde bei gamed.de (bis die Vertragslaufzeit 2022 abläuft.)
Eigentlich war der Service gut.
Als nun einfach direkt die 2. Mahnung per Post eintrudelt (+5€ Mahngebühr + Drohung von "Forderungen auf gerichtlichem Weg beizutreiben") ohne vorherige Zahlungsaufforderung oder der 1. Mahnung per E-Mail und der Support nach mehr als 5 E-Mails von mir (ohne Antwort) nur "Bitte beachten Sie, dass wir die 1. Mahnung via Email verdensen und die 2. Mahnung per Post. Die Rechnung UGSXXXXXXXX können Sie Ihrem Kundenkonto entnehmen." als Antwort parat hat, sehe ich mich gezwungen zu Kündigen. Schade drum (10... ja, zehn Jahre Kunde???).
Wenn's läuft Ok, aber wenn nicht extrem mühsam und nicht zuvorkommend.

😠 Unfreundlich, dreisst, vertuscht, datenverluste
Extrem unfreundlich. unverschämter support. massiver datenverlust wegen verlust von backups die in Vserverpaketen enthalten sind.
ständig verschwinden gemachte backups vom Vserver im webinterface
das webinterface system von gamed ( Zweitunternehmen gleiche inhaber ) ist nicht unfehlbar support reagiert mit sofortigem ticket schliessen ohne kommentar.
das geht zu weit. schadensersatz wird gestellt !
dieses unternehmen ist nicht zu empfehlen
nach bitte um weiterleitung an chefabteilung wird ticket einfach vollständig gelöscht. nachweise liegen vor ! unverschämter versuch zu vertuschen !!! dreisster gehts nicht mehr

😠 This server runs but when you cancel the contract they kick you. They say you have to pay more. Don't do any contracts with them!

😠 Absolutely rude, terrible support.
I've had a server running on gamed.de for about a year now, one which I rarely use (to test a map I've been working on) and barely uses any bandwidth. Every once in a while life gets pretty hectic and I'm behind on some bills (as I have been many times) but always companies understand that as it's always within a reasonable time I pay them back.
However they sent me a harsh calling me a "delinquint" e-mail like I'm some kind of thief, demanded I make payment, and closed my account, after I logged in last night and paid for the month ahead, I tried logging in again today and my account was locked!
The worst part is I have service still owed to me, as I paid a lot more than the service I have received, and they are unwilling to give me back my money! So they stole a month's worth of server fees from me!
I would definitely not recommend their service. I am going to pay a bit extra next time to not be treated like garbage.

😠 Don't sign up with these people. I wanted to sign up for a test-server but somehow ended up with a contract. I cancelled after 1 week and still had to pay for a second month ("4 weeks cancellation time") so I paid 8 weeks in total! The reason why I cancelled in the first place was that their confirmation emails etc are all in German, I couldn't find decent support in English on their site on how to set everything up. And then being forced to pay for another 7 weeks when I cancel after 1 week, ridiculous!!! Go with nitrado instead!

😠 Do not buy anything from gamed.de they're really bad... They advertise they're selling root (dedicated) servers, but they're really not, they just give you like EPS server and you can host any gameserver you want, but up to 100 slots only... -.- I mean really? And then I wonder why was I that stupid to buy from them and not check their reputation first... -.- Like goddamnit... Now I got to deal with disputes and paypal claims.....
