This server runs but when you cancel the contract they kick you. They say you have to pay more. Don't do any contracts with them!

Absolutely rude, terrible support.

I've had a server running on gamed.de for about a year now, one which I rarely use (to test a map I've been working on) and barely uses any bandwidth. Every once in a while life gets pretty hectic and I'm behind on some bills (as I have been many times) but always companies understand that as it's always within a reasonable time I pay them back.

However they sent me a harsh calling me a "delinquint" e-mail like I'm some kind of thief, demanded I make payment, and closed my account, after I logged in last night and paid for the month ahead, I tried logging in again today and my account was locked!

The worst part is I have service still owed to me, as I paid a lot more than the service I have received, and they are unwilling to give me back my money! So they stole a month's worth of server fees from me!

I would definitely not recommend their service. I am going to pay a bit extra next time to not be treated like garbage.

Don't sign up with these people. I wanted to sign up for a test-server but somehow ended up with a contract. I cancelled after 1 week and still had to pay for a second month ("4 weeks cancellation time") so I paid 8 weeks in total! The reason why I cancelled in the first place was that their confirmation emails etc are all in German, I couldn't find decent support in English on their site on how to set everything up. And then being forced to pay for another 7 weeks when I cancel after 1 week, ridiculous!!! Go with nitrado instead!

gamed!de - Gameserver offers under gameserver.gamed.de a complete product range around the topic eSports. Gamed.de has been active as a game server provider since the beginning of 2006 and is currently one of the largest providers in the market

All servers are located in our datacenter in Düsseldorf. This location offers excellent infrastructure with very high security standards. That means that our future growth is safe for years to come.

In Russia , all servers are hosted in the data center of Colocat, which is located directly in Moscow . Colocat specializes in gameserver hosting and hosts some of the largest gameserver providers in the world.

Our game servers in Poland are hosted in our own location in Warsaw . Also in Warsaw we can use some of the largest carriers for the network to ensure an optimal connection for game servers in Poland as well.

In Spain , we work with our partner Newlight Systems, who oversees our on-site hardware in Madrid .

Do not buy anything from gamed.de they're really bad... They advertise they're selling root (dedicated) servers, but they're really not, they just give you like EPS server and you can host any gameserver you want, but up to 100 slots only... -.- I mean really? And then I wonder why was I that stupid to buy from them and not check their reputation first... -.- Like goddamnit... Now I got to deal with disputes and paypal claims.....

Very poor customer service, I sent these guys 3 emails and they have not
bothered to respond to any of them, maybe beacuse I'm english I dont know,
but their customer service stinks

Is the reason I'm from Britain or I'm English or you customer service is
really bad

Either way this is really bad and poor service

what a poor company you are and how you respond to new potential customers
