When I purchased a hosting packet with Think Host everything went very smoothly. I didn't have to deal much with the actual technical stuff as I had someone to help me build my site. But when I did have to look into it, I didn't find it very clear and easy to use (definately not for a beginner like me).
That said, service was always very quick and friendly when submitting a support ticket.
Now though, I decided to leave Think Host and I have been waiting for nearly 2 months (!!) to receive an authorisation code so I can simply move my domain name to another host and STILL NO CODE!!
I have mailed and mailed and all I receive are standard messages that a senior engineer will get into contact with me, but no such luck. I am simply outraged at this appalling service and I am being held up by Think Host. I have not had one explanation as to why I am not given my authorisation code. And the most annoying thing is that I can't seem to call or get in touch with anyone personal, apart from these tiresome support tickets. Nor do I know where I can take this further.
