I suggest to anyone interested in dotster hosting services to think again. From my experience they no more than ok until things are not ok. They took down my site due without any warning (email, phone) and when I discovered that - it was only the gateway to the hell that is their customer support. It's only when you have issues that you discover how good the hosting provider is. In doster case they are of the worst kind. They charge for professional hosting - with promises of attentive support. It took me 24 hours, with multiple phone calls and support tickets to just find the reason they took my site down. The phone support is a sad joke - since their only mission is to block you. All they do is transfer your message to the holy tech team, that by no means can be reached directly. In short they have 2 guys in an office somewhere and all they do is take the angry screaming for help from frustrated customers. That's it. That is their job. Real support is just not available. I recommend with all my heart, knowledge, and experience to stay away from their hosting services. If all you need to do is register a domain - i guess they are ok like the rest of them. Hosting is a different matter - if you value your website, money, energy and time - take your sites elsewhere. From my experience Bluehost hosting packages are great value for your money.
