We recently migrated our website to a domain.com hosting package, and I have to say we are unbelievably disappointed. Their control panel, while it does have a lot of features, is unbearably buggy and slow. There will be times when I will have to reload a page 5 or 10 times for it to appear, and sometimes wait upwards of 5 minutes for an action to be performed. When time matters it can be very frustrating to have to deal with this control panel.

But the biggest problem I've had so far has been support. To say it's been non-existent would be too generous. When I've called them directly, I'm given very vague answers with no concrete solution. I typically end up Googling the problem and trying to figure it out for myself. When I've emailed support, I receive one or two sentence replies that always end with 'we do not support coding, so I can't tell you how to do this.' I understand they don't want to have to debug problems, but they don't offer possible search terms or more reading on the subject. They just dismiss you and move on.

If I could go back 3 months, I would have never even considered this company. If anyone reading this is thinking about using their services - don't. It's worth spending the extra dollar for someone like GoDaddy.
