I am repeatedly impressed by Cybersite's business efficiency and commitment to service and I feel I'm doing an injustice for not applauding and commending on fine jobs done.
I applied for a domain name on Thursday at abt 2pm and was extremely surprised when I received the mail below at just before 6pm the next day.
The domain is obviously ready from a check over the web and only awaits clearance of the payment. All in the short span of 28 hours!!! Amazing!
This is a far cry from other web hosting companies which I've dealt with. Indeed, I'm right to have recommended my friends and colleagues to your services. These domains include
I'm pleasantly surprised that you have really put in all our three names in all correspondence as requested. It is these fine details that make the difference.
Cybersite has shown the way to be a successful customer centric company with affordable and value-added services that comes with competent and responsive tech support.
Others have taken one day to response using a web-based trouble ticketing system but you responded and solved problems in 15 minutes or less, and at odd hours too!
