im with arvixe near 2 years , at same time and before that i was using services from other hosting company as well .
for me honest word is more important than the price, many of us face the site down issue because of CPU usage and so on , for start i selected Personal Plan which was the shared server , my site start to grow fast and very active users , and i disturb the CPU usage , but not like other hosting( siteground-networksolution-and 2 more i dont remember :) ) they didnt shut down my site and they ask me to follow the solution they offer or upgrade ,
what i face with other hostings always they shut down your side first and their just asking pay more for stronger plan ,
it was big point for me to trust arvixe more , i have VPS account with them in pas 1.5 years and never ever my site face any issue ( except i mess the files and codes :D )
and even in that case always are helping in best way
i give arvixe DIAMOND score for their support ,they never leave you alone , even when i had problem with my CMS they support me 100% to fix the issue .
billing is one of my favorite , if you cancel any services the remain of day will be credit it in your account ( they will just calculate days you used that service and remain will back to you )
till this day i never even think to leave them
