World Class Support, Reliable Hosting, Unbeatable Price
I have been using Arvixe for several years now, and have not once been disappointed with the service provided. The hosting service is reliable and full-featured. The price is truly unbeatable. At this level alone, Arvixe is a smart choice for hosting, but that isn't even where they really shine. Personally, I find their biggest strength to the be the excellence demonstrated by their support staff. There have been several occasions where I am unsure about something, need to expand my service, or have encountered a problem, and every time, the support staff has quickly resolved my issue - as well as explained the cause/resolution. Not only that, but my interactions with them, all via e-mail and ticket mind you, have been exceptionally professional and courteous. I always close the ticket with a feeling of satisfaction to be expected from a world-class service. This may sound like over-the-top praise, but I stand behind my words and would (and have) personally endorse Arvixe to anyone looking for hosting. Kudos to a company that knows what customer service means.
