Worst Service EVER

I can not begin to explain the NUMEROUS issues I have had with this company. To start off with, I am a professional web developer working for a major company. I have been developing sites for over 10 years. I used another hosting company for 8 years and had LESS problems with them than I have with Arvixe in less than a year. I would say at this time, the servers (not just my sites, the ENTIRE servers) at least 14 times in the past year.
The worst of the worst happened recently when somehow (they claim *I* did it ) DELETED entire customer accounts, a few websites and /or databases. It was an absolute nightmare trying to get them to restore the sites and come to find out they only maintain db backups for 1 month. 1 month! Most of the time, I can't even access the control panel or it takes 4 to 5 minutes to load. They are truly a nightmare. They take forever to respond to tickets and if they do, the problems are not usually fixed. It typically takes me makign a phone call to them to explain to the EXACTLY what to do. Please please please, take your money elsewhere. I get you.

We are sorry you had issues with the service. At no point did we say that you deleted your files but there could have been insecurities in the scripts you were using that caused the issue. Depending on the difficulty of issue that you experience a ticket may take longer to solve, yet I am not seeing any tickets that were not responded to in a timely manner. We did reach out to you requesting what backups you needed restored but by the time you had responded to us the backups were gone. Arvixe does keep the backups in case of a chance of server issues but we also make sure they are available for the customer to use. Unfortunately we are not able to hold these backups indefinitely. Again we are sorry you had issues, our QA team has reached out to you each time and explained and also made sure that they provided service/support to the fullest extent of our capabilities.
