just not too professional when we keep receiving 404 errors. They want us to prove them and not fix the problem with the servers. I am with Jellyfish and they are down always. Good luck if you choose them. I have to move servers again. Does anyone know one that is reliable to move a php site to and also have customer support for link work, etc.

We are sorry that you felt there were issues with the servers but as the techs and Server Management team explained these were not from the server. The "downtime" you say you experienced was based off you referring to a Google bot not being able to read your site map. This means that one bot was not able to access your site, not that your whole server was down. Each tech has reporting system that connects to our monitoring software so they know the instant a server goes down. Combined with our Dedicated Server Management Team we are sure to handle issue immediately. When a site is having an issue with a bot that is a separate issue and we do want to help you but we also need your assistance.
I am also unsure of what you mean by: " They want us to prove them" but I believe you meant to say: " They want us to provide them with examples". We need to be provide these examples of the 404 errors as it helps locate any issues with your site. If you say there is an issue and the tech can not re-create it we need your assistance and all the information you can give on the issues. The information that you provided to our techs did not assist us, so we kept asking for more information. The information that you provided for the errors was not actually located on the server (the folders you named were not in your account) and the techs provided you with the correct way to access your products.
Please note that we have a 24/7 Server Management Team that makes sure the servers stay up. QA also reached out to you in this case and provided assistance. In the end you were very rude to our technicians who despite the assistance we attempted to provide, you were unwilling to provide answers to the questions asked by our staff so ultimately we were unable to assist.
