My server has been down for 5 days now and they are still unable to provide me a date as to when it will be back up. And the sad thing is, they are still taking orders for new servers.

2007-12-03 11:50:29: jennys: it was a very general bandwith issue with our main ISP in the old data center with no ETA for fixing it
