I've been testing ALCHostingNET’s Corporate VIP Reseller – USA package over the past month, and I've been very impressed so far. I must also say, I don't know where all the other negative reviews are coming from.From my experience so far, you guys are doing a fantastic job!I've also been testing several other reseller hosting packages from other hosts alongside my ALCHosting reseller plan, and though the other companies are good to average, I found ALCHostings’ Corporate Reseller plan to the best in terms of value for money. Especially when you take into account all the functionality that is there to use as a reseller, which you can then also of course utilize for your own clients. Then there is the customer support that is 24/7 that is awesome. Whenever I got stuck, I just click on ‘chat’ and got my problem solved.MY EXPERIENCE SO FAR WITH ALCHOSTING •Signup Process Quick, easy to use signup process that takes a couple seconds.•Payment options I got the option to pay with PayPal, Credit Card or Debit Card. Payment went through quick and easy.•After Signup You get an immediate thank you and details email about your new account. When I logged into my account for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised at the overall nice branded look of their user account dashboard. My package was listed, and when I clicked on it took me to my hosting dashboard which listed my cPanel and WHM. It took about 4-hours before my reseller plan was setup and ready for me to use. Awesome!Once the account was activated, I could simply login to my service account, go to the Cpanel and WHM and start setting up my hosting for my own clients.•Licenses: Since I chose a package that came with a free WHMCS license, I was given the option to request my free license once in my client account dashboard. The process to request this license was fast and quick.•Other Freebies: There are also other freebies such as 6 templates to use if you don’t like the standard WHMCS, and SitePro, Sitepad, Free SSL installer, etc.•Servers: I liked that they have a very large number of servers from what I can see on the website. You can choose between a USA, Asia (Singapore), Europe (UK), Europe (Netherlands), Europe (Germany), Canada, Asia (India), Asia (China), Asia (Japan), Australia, South Africa or Geo server, GEO being for multi-location reselling. USA is most often the preferred. But you’ll have to pick which one will work best for your hosting company. When I tested my sites, the speed was very good, and I noted their shared hosting has a huge amount of cores, up to around 32 cores I think.•Setting up WHM & WHMCS: The only aspect I would have liked to have access to from alchosting is blogs or knowledgebase content or step-by-step guide to setting up WHM and WHMCS for my new hosting company. Luckily, there are many YouTube videos that you could follow to do this.•After setting up my WHM and WHMCS, I could start selling hosting packages to my own clients. So far, so good!•Functionality + Software Licenses: I was pleasantly surprised with all the functionality and licenses that I got with the Corporate package. For a host just starting out, this helps a lot if you don’t have to buy your own licenses for stuff such as Softaclouse, JetBackups, etc.All of these extra functions and software I got included in the hosting package.•24-7 Customer Support: I tested their customer support several times a day, during different times to see if they were really providing real 24/7 support. Many hosting companies tell you this, but then don’t respond. The think about alchosting that I like the most is that I can just go to their website, click on the ‘chat’ button, and someone on the other side would take my chat request. You don’t wait long, and customer service is quick and helpful.•End-User Support: This is probably the biggest differentiator between Alchosting and other hosts . . . They provide support to your customers with your branding. I love that! I mean, where in the world do you get customer support for your business? Awesome! The only aspect about the customer support that can improve is the level of English used. It sometimes feel that the support assistant is not 1st language English.I would suggest ALCHosting if you are interested in starting a reseller business, but you lack the funds to buy all those licenses and stuff that you would need to get things going. Also, their 24-7 customer support and end-user support is a definite bonus and sets them apart from other reseller hosting companies.
