I recently transitioned to Aabaco Small Business, LLC after they took over Yahoo Small Business, and my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. The services provided by Aabaco are, to put it bluntly, the pits. From constant errors to unhelpful customer support, it has been a headache every step of the way.
One of the major issues I've encountered is the persistent errors in their services. Whether it's website hosting or domain name forwarding, there seems to be a constant stream of problems. What's even more frustrating is that reaching out to their customer support in India doesn't seem to resolve anything. Instead, each interaction turns into a blame game, with service issues being passed around like a hot potato.
Aabaco's decision to migrate services to Amazon AWS might sound promising, but in reality, it has only made matters worse. They seem more interested in pocketing a big chunk of the business than delivering quality services to their customers. The constant pressure to purchase additional services, such as web hosting for SSL services, feels like a blatant money grab, leaving customers feeling exploited.
For instance, the domain name forwarding, which was once a simple and functional service, now requires the purchase of web hosting just to obtain SSL services. This unnecessary bundling of services only serves to inflate costs and demonstrates a clear lack of consideration for their customers.
In conclusion, my experience with Aabaco Small Business, LLC has been frustrating and regrettable. Their takeover of Yahoo Small Business seems to have brought about a decline in service quality, with constant errors, unresponsive support, and a blatant push for unnecessary additional services. I would strongly caution anyone considering their services to think twice and explore alternative options that prioritize customer satisfaction over profit margins.
