101domain got a negative review on

DON'T USE THEIR SERVICE!!!!
We did a mistake and moved most of our domains to them. We are NOT able to move them out anymore. They are not providing the authorization code and they lock the transfer not allowing us.
They are charging us enormous fees and manipulating everything. We opened 100 of support tickets to get the authorization codes we didn't get them all and some are locked by them.
It is very serious situation and we are struggling. comparing to other providers like Crazy Domains and GoDaddy we had NO PROBLEM at all.
I am finding very strange that no review is written about the yet
What they are doing is illegal and thieves, locking our domains and charging us unrealistic charges.
We didn't know all of this until we decided to leave them and this is when we started to struggle. We have 5 accounts and we gathered so many proof against them
Did anyone had this happening to them and how were you able to get rid of 101Domain and get the domains back
This is the last support ticket that I got from them regarding one of the domains that I tried hopelessly to move across to another domain provider and I was not able to do it :( THESE DOMAINS BELONGS TO US

The renewal payment was due before the 1st of December 2019. You paid for the renewal on the 4th of December 2019.
.LU domains that are renewed late have no grace period. There is an immediate redemption fee to restore them to active. Please proceed with payment of invoice 101CM-M2A59D0 in order to restore the domain to active. 150USD
