They sell domain names without checking the availability. Their search results are random.

You will not be able to contact 101domain to refund your purchase. They also keep your credit card on file and are reported for using it years later. Your only option after being scammed by 101domain is to dispute the charges and cancel your credit card.
They have no customer service. The only time 101domain replies to anyone is when they're asked about buying something.
This is not an ethical company. Stay away.
